Abstract

[目的]描述新型冠状病毒肺炎病人的营养风险状况,探讨影响新型冠状病毒肺炎病人营养风险的主要因素.[方法]采用微型营养评定量表(MNA)测量 148 例新型冠状病毒肺炎病人的营养风险状况,同时收集病人一般资料、睡眠状况、焦虑、抑郁水平等信息,并进行统计分析.[结果]本组病人营养风险状况得分为(19.79 ±2.31)分,MNA评分<17 分的占 4.05%,提示营养不良;17≤MNA评分≤23.5 分占 95.95%,提示营养不良高危状态.经逐步多元线性回归分析发现,病人每周锻炼次数、作息规律性、基础疾病种类、抑郁总分是影响病人营养状况的主要因素.[结论]每周锻炼次数、作息规律性、慢性病种类、抑郁总分对新型冠状病毒肺炎病人营养状况有一定影响.应根据影响因素采取针对性措施改善新型冠状病毒肺炎病人的营养状况.
