Abstract | Reflective light from a LCD panel without polarizers is analyzed and simulated. The influence of ITO, PI,BM and Metal are analyzed separately. An interlayer is designed and fabricated to alleviate reflectance at interface between glass substrate and the functional layers. As a result, the total reflectivity of a Color Filter on Array LCD with the special polarizers is decreased from 1.5% to 0.8% or even lower for 4K UHD products. Author Keywords |
