Abstract
We present self-driven light-emitting diodes based on formamidinium (FA) lead halide perovskite FAPbBr nanocrystals. Metal halide perovskite nanocrystals have aroused increasing attention not only due to their unique optical properties but also their ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties, which make self-driven perovskite lighting possible.
