Abstract | In the recent years, Micro-LED has caused the enthusiastic attention of the society. There are some research groups studying the blue and green Micro-LED, while a little researcher focused on the characteristic of red light. This paper inctroduces the temperature sensing of 100 μm × 100 μm red Micro-LED. We study the temperature sensing of red Micro-LED by test the I-V curve with a temperature range covers-150 ℃ to 150 ℃. The study will broaden our understanding of the characteristics of red LED and make it more widely used. |
