Abstract
本申请公开了一种复合相、反热猝灭型白光LED用荧光粉的制备方法、荧光粉和光源。制备方法包括:将硝酸镁、硝酸铝、正硅酸乙酯和硝酸铕原料溶解于水中充分反应以得到均匀分散的溶胶体系;调整所述溶胶体系的酸碱度至碱性以得到碱性溶胶体系;将所述碱性溶胶体系通过喷雾干燥法制备出前驱物粉末;将所述前驱物粉末在还原气氛下煅烧预定时间以制成所述复合相、反热猝灭型白光LED用荧光粉。如此,通过溶胶‑凝胶法和喷雾干燥法制出所述复合相、反热猝灭型白光LED用荧光粉的前驱物,再于还原气氛下煅烧,可获得具有大量晶界和能级缺陷的复合相荧光粉颗粒,这些能级缺陷能够起到捕获激发态电子和反补辐射跃迁概率的作用,从而提升所述荧光粉的高温光效。
