本发明实施例公开了一种显示面板制作方法、显示面板及显示装置。该方法包括提供基板,基板一侧包括多个Micro‑LED芯片形成的阵列;在Micro‑LED芯片表面形成透明导电层;采用第一掩模板覆盖基板,进行电泳沉积,在第一掩模板露出的透明导电层上形成第一颜色量子点发光层;采用第二掩模板覆盖基板,进行电泳沉积,在第二掩模板露出的透明导电层上形成第二颜色量子点发光层。本发明实施例的技术方案,通过两次电泳沉积,分别在透明导电层上形成第一颜色量子点发光层和第二颜色量子点发光层,实现了全彩Micro‑LED像素阵列制备,具有制备周期短,成本低廉,工艺可重复性高且能批量生产的优点。

Other Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a display panel fabrication method, a display panel and a display device. The method comprises the steps of providing a substrate, wherein an array is arranged at one side of the substrate and is formed by a plurality of Micro-LED chips; forming a transparent conductive layer on surfaces of the Micro-LED chips; covering the substrate with a first mask, performing electrophoretic deposition, and forming a first color quantum-dot light-emitting layer on the transparent conductive layer exposed out of the first mask; and covering the substrate with a second mask, performing electrophoretic deposition, and forming a second color quantum-dot light-emitting layer on the transparent conductive layer exposed out of the second mask. According to the technical scheme disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the first color quantum-dot light-emitting layer and the second color quantum-dot light-emitting layer are formed on the transparent conductivelayer by electrophoretic deposition for two times, the fabrication of full-color Micro-LED pixel array is achieved, the method has the advantages of short fabrication period, low cost and high processrepeatability, and mass production can be achieved.
