A method for synthesizing pyridine, bipyridine and terpyridine ligands adopts a photosensitizer and a cobalt oxime compound as catalysts, and has the beneficial effects of safety, mildness, high efficiency and economy. Meanwhile, the cobalt oxime compound catalyst is insensitive to water and oxygen, the reaction requirement is not high, and the operation difficulty can be greatly reduced.
