本实用新型涉及一种多功能吸附性能测试装置,包括:样品瓶、吸附罐、调温介质槽、收集瓶。所述样品瓶用于盛装溶液样品;吸附罐为由内层罐体和外层罐壳组成的双层结构,在罐体内盛装吸附剂,该外层罐壳和内层罐体之间形成夹层,该夹层内通入循环调温介质;所述调温介质槽内设有温度传感器、温度调节组件,用于对储存在调温介质槽内的调温介质温控监控和调节;收集瓶用于收集从吸附罐的出液嘴排出的溶液以供进行浓度测定。其中样品瓶连接吸附罐的内层罐体,吸附罐的出液嘴连接收集瓶;调温介质槽连接吸附罐的夹层。本实用新型能够方便地用于测定吸附剂对不同溶液中溶质的吸附性能,温度调控简便、易于设置多个平行的优点。

Other Abstract

The utility model relates to a multifunctional adsorption performance testing device. The multifunctional adsorption performance testing device comprises a sample bottle, an adsorption tank, a temperature adjusting medium tank and a collecting bottle, the sample bottle is used for containing a solution sample; wherein the adsorption tank is of a double-layer structure consisting of an inner-layer tank body and an outer-layer tank shell, an adsorbent is contained in the tank body, an interlayer is formed between the outer-layer tank shell and the inner-layer tank body, and a circulating temperature adjusting medium is introduced into the interlayer; a temperature sensor and a temperature adjusting assembly are arranged in the temperature adjusting medium groove and used for conducting temperature control monitoring and adjusting on the temperature adjusting medium stored in the temperature adjusting medium groove. And the collection bottle is used for collecting the solution discharged from the liquid outlet nozzle of the adsorption tank for concentration measurement. Wherein the sample bottle is connected with an inner-layer tank body of the adsorption tank, and a liquid outlet nozzle of the adsorption tank is connected with the collection bottle; and the temperature-regulating medium tank is connected with the interlayer of the adsorption tank. The device disclosed by the utility model can be conveniently used for measuring the adsorption performance of the adsorbent on solutes in different solutions, and has the advantages of simplicity and convenience in temperature regulation and control and easiness in setting multiple parallel solutions.
