Abstract | 本发明属于航空燃气轮机技术领域,具体公开了一种结构动力学实验平台,包括测试组件、支撑组件及底座组件,其中,测试组件包括测试架、测试台、第一驱动组件、以及驱动轴,支撑组件包括支架,以及第二驱动组件,两驱动轴分别枢接于支架的相对两侧壁,第二驱动组件与驱动轮连接;底座组件架设有支撑组件,底座组件包括底座、与底座同轴转动连接的转盘、以及驱动转盘绕转盘的Z轴周向转动的第三驱动组件,支撑组件的动力输入端与转盘同轴紧固。通过上述测试组件、支撑组件及底座组件的设置,能够使得转子试验件有效满足多自由度下的(自转、翻滚、俯仰及偏航)测试需求,继而为转子试验件的结构设计提供较好的技术支撑。 |
Other Abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of aviation gas turbines, and particularly discloses a structural dynamics experiment platform. The experiment platform comprises a testing assembly, a supporting assembly and a base assembly, the testing assembly comprises a testing frame, a testing table, a first driving assembly and driving shafts, and the supporting assembly comprises a support and a second driving assembly. The two driving shafts are pivoted to the two opposite side walls of the support respectively, and the second driving assembly is connected with a driving wheel. The supporting assembly is erected on the base assembly, the base assembly comprises a base, a rotating disc coaxially and rotationally connected with the base and a third driving assembly for driving the rotating disc to circumferentially rotate around the Z axis of the rotating disc, and the power input end of the supporting assembly is coaxially fastened to the rotating disc. Through the arrangement of the testing assembly, the supporting assembly and the base assembly, a rotor test piece can effectively meet the test requirements of rotation, rolling, pitching and yawing under multiple degrees of freedom, and then better technical support is provided for the structural design of the rotor test piece. |
