Other Abstract | The invention discloses an aerosol printing device and a printing method. The printing device comprises a barrel with a mounting groove in the upper surface and an ultrasonic transducer arranged on the mounting groove, wherein, the ultrasonic transducer comprises an ultrasonic transduction piece with a plurality of open holes in the bottom, a through hole is formed in the bottom of the mounting groove, a hemispherical curved surface with a wide lower part and a narrow upper part is arranged in the cylinder body, the bottom end of the hemispherical curved surface is hermetically connected with the interior of the cylinder body, the top end of the hemispherical curved surface communicates with the through hole, a cavity is formed between the mounting groove and the hemispherical curved surface, an air inlet communicating with the cavity is formed in the side surface of the cylinder body, and a plurality of air outlet holes are formed in the positions, close to the through holes, of the hemispherical curved surface. According to the device and the method, aerosol can be effectively prevented from depositing in the channel and blocking a spray head, the deposition efficiency of the aerosol on the substrate is improved, and finally the utilization rate of the device on used ink reaches 75% or above. |
