Other Abstract | A multi-powder-based metal fiber high-throughput preparation device and a method for preparing a metal fiber by using same. The high-throughput preparation device comprises a metal powder delivery system (1), a metal powder mixing system (2), a metal powder melting system (3), and a metal fiber forming system (4) connected in sequence, wherein the metal powder melting system (3) comprises an induction powder melting device and a laser powder melting device that are independently disposed. The method for preparing a metal fiber by using the high-throughput preparation device comprises four steps, i.e., powder delivering, powder mixing, melting and forming. |
