一种基于多粉体的金属纤维高通量制备装置及利用其高通量制备金属纤维的方法。所述高通量制备装置包括依次连接的金属粉末输送系统(1)、金属粉末混合系统(2)、金属粉末熔化系统(3)和金属纤维成型系统(4),其中,所述金属粉末熔化系统(3)包括独立设置的感应熔粉装置和激光熔粉装置。利用所述高通量制备装置制备金属纤维的方法包括输粉、混粉、熔化和成型四个步骤。

Other Abstract

A multi-powder-based metal fiber high-throughput preparation device and a method for preparing a metal fiber by using same. The high-throughput preparation device comprises a metal powder delivery system (1), a metal powder mixing system (2), a metal powder melting system (3), and a metal fiber forming system (4) connected in sequence, wherein the metal powder melting system (3) comprises an induction powder melting device and a laser powder melting device that are independently disposed. The method for preparing a metal fiber by using the high-throughput preparation device comprises four steps, i.e., powder delivering, powder mixing, melting and forming.
