Abstract | 目的 研究入科评估表联合在线培训系统(512京颐系统)对实习生及新入科护士综合培训的效果.方法 选取2020年1月至12月深圳市第三人民医院实施入科评估表联合512京颐系统进行培训后的44名实习护生及新入科护士作为研究对象,记作观察组.另取2018年1月至12月医院实施常规培训后的45名实习护生及新入科护士作为对照组.比较两组理论考试成绩以及操作考试成绩,实习护生及新入科护士自我评价,培训前后自我效能感评分.结果 观察组理论考试成绩以及操作考试成绩分别为(90.02±4.26)分、(93.72±2.02)分,均高于对照组的(86.72±6.12)分、(89.09±2.37)分(均P<0.05).观察组学习兴趣、护患沟通、医护协作及教师满意度分别为(97.01±1.35)分、(96.24±2.16)分、(95.73±2.10)分、(97.48±1.66)分,高于对照组的(91.34±2.49)分、(92.09±1.27)分、(90.34±1.92)分、(87.95±1.81)分(均P<0.05).观察组培训3个月、6个月后的自我效能感评分分别为(30.84±2.06)分、(34.56±2.14)分,高于对照组的(26.73±1.74)分、(30.71±2.03)分(均P<0.05).结论 入科评估表联合512京颐培训系统对实习护生及新入科护士进行综合培训的效果显著,可提高实习护生及新入科护士的理论及操作成绩和自我评价及自我效能感评分. |
