Abstract
人类骨质疏松主要类型有绝经后骨质疏松症、糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症、废用性骨质疏松症和老年性骨质疏松症.随着医学的发展,对骨质疏松症的发生机制的深入研究发现,基因转录调控影响骨细胞、成骨细胞和破骨细胞的功能,进而影响骨代谢平衡.对不同的病因建立相关骨质疏松动物模型的研究进展进行总结,对近年来基因调控影响动物骨质疏松模型骨代谢的研究进行综述,并从转录调控因子MEF2C与骨代谢的关系作一概述.
