| Abstract | 慢性髓系白血病是第一种发现与基因改变有关的血液恶性肿瘤,通过酪氨酸激酶抑制剂的靶向治疗可以获得功能性治愈.然而,当前仍有一些问题限制了它的治疗,合并结核病是其中一个重要因素.抗结核药物可通过改变肝酶代谢影响其他药物的药代动力学,并对慢性髓系白血病药物的靶向治疗构成挑战.未来仍然需要进一步的研究和专门的随机对照试验,以制定更为明确和充分的治疗指南,提高对慢性髓系白血病与结核病共病患者的治疗疗效. |
