| Abstract | 目的:评估热牙胶垂直加压法与iRoot SP单尖法在根管充填中的临床治疗效果.方法:纳入87颗被诊断为牙髓炎或根尖周病的下颌第一、第二恒磨牙,患牙根据充填方法分为两组.对照组采取AH Plus热牙胶垂直加压法,实验组采取iRoot SP单尖法,观察术后充填情况、单根管充填所需时间及临床治疗效果.结果:比较术后充填情况,两组无明显差异(P>0.05);两组单根管充填所需时间有明显的差异(P<0.0001),其中对照组所用时间为(2.356±0.5734)mins,实验组所用时间为(1.88±0.4107)mins;5年后复查临床疗效,两组无明显差异(P>0.05).结论:热牙胶垂直加压法与iRoot SP单尖法充填效果相似,临床治疗效果良好,而且iRoot SP单尖充填法临床操作简便,所用时间明显缩短. |
