| Abstract | 在二代测序、生物信息学等方法和技术推动下,肠道微生态研究开启了新篇章,肠道微生态维持宿主免疫系统功能,在抗肿瘤药物治疗过程中发挥关键作用,越来越多的证据表明,抗肿瘤药物的治疗效果很大程度上与肠道菌群的平衡与否有关,基于肠道微生态的策略在肿瘤诊断和治疗中也显示出有希望的应用前景. |
