| Abstract | 目的:通过质性研究探讨医院"一张床"管理模式对医护人员的影响,以提升护理质量,增强医院的医疗服务水平,提高患者护理满意度.方法:通过半结构型访谈,选择2019年4月至2021年5月医护人员32名为对象,获得一线医护人员正性反馈与负性反馈,对正性反馈进行深入分析,针对实施过程中出现的问题实施整改方案,并落地实施.结果:医护人员对医院一张床管理模式的感受中升华出3个主题:信任、有依靠、解决实际问题、充分体现了护理学的地位与技术实力;全院"一张床"护理垂直管理模式的优点是?缺点及建议中共提炼升华2条:能提升护理质量、医疗服务水平及患者满意度,进一步分析该管理模式存在的弊端,针对弊端提出了相应的措施.结论:医院一张床管理模式从一定程度上提升医护人员护理质量,能增强医院的医疗服务水平,有助于提高患者护理满意度,可更好的服务患者. |
