| Abstract | 两性霉素B(Amphotericin B,AMB)常用于治疗HIV/AIDS患者合并的深部真菌感染.AMB对血管刺激性大,血管化学性损伤严重,静脉炎、堵管等并发症发生率高[1].深圳市第三人民医院感染一科自2018年3月开展将中长导管应用于使用AMB治疗的HIV/AIDS患者的研究,旨在调查中长导管发生堵管、静脉炎等并发症的发生率,分析其影响因素,为针对性地预防中长导管使用中并发症发生及维护管道通畅提供依据. |
