| Abstract | 目的 为探究门诊西药房自动化系统应用优化PDCA案例的效果.方法 回顾性分析自2016年10月(实施前)、2017年10月(初实施)、2018年10月(实施一年后)某院应用优化PDCA案例前后,门诊西药房的药品发放情况.比较药品调配及发药时间、药房环境管理和质量评分以及内差意外的发生率.结果 2017年和2018年药品库存量、缺药次数、批号管理失误率均小于2016年,且2018年结果最小(P<0.05);2017年和2018年药房管理质量评分、处方发药速率均高于2016年,且2018年结果最高(P<0.05);2017年和2018年内差意外的发生率、药品调配时间小于2016年,且2018年结果最小(P<0.05).结论 西药房自动化系统应用优化PDCA案例后,可针对性改善调剂问题,有效规避药品差错. |
