| Abstract | 人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus，HIV)储存库是HIV-1功能性治愈最主要的障碍。越来越多的研究开始关注免疫检查点抑制剂在HIV-1功能性治愈中的作用。本研究介绍了免疫检查点程序性死亡-1、细胞毒性T淋巴细胞抗原-4、T细胞免疫球蛋白和黏蛋白结构域-3、淋巴细胞激活基因-3、B/T淋巴细胞衰减因子、T细胞激活抑制物免疫球蛋白可变区结构域在HIV-1功能性治愈中的表达和作用机制相关的研究进展。 |
