| Abstract | 国家卫生健康委员会办公厅关于加强体表慢性难愈合创面(溃疡)诊疗管理工作的通知(国卫办医函[2019]865号,下文简称"通知")下发1年多来,在全国各地掀起了筹建创面修复科的热潮.虽然国家卫生健康委员会在"通知"中对创面修复科建设有原则性要求,但在具体实践中,还有许多同行并不清楚创面修复科需要怎样配置,才能满足创面患者诊疗的基本需要.针对三级医院(普通创面修复科、研究型创面修复科)与二级医院开展创面修复诊疗工作的需要,提出了创面修复科基本配置,供全国有意建立创面修复科的同行及医疗机构参考. |
