Abstract
  背景 结核病的早期诊断对实现全球结核病控制至关重要,传统结核病诊断方法存在准确性欠佳、价格昂贵和流程复杂等缺点,WHO呼吁更准确、快速和具有成本效益的诊断方法。呼出气检测可通过检测结核分枝杆菌和感染宿主产生的挥发性有机化合物(Volatile organic compounds,VOCs)来诊断结核病,由于其具有非侵入性,获取样本简单,故而是一种有吸引力的新诊断方法。方法 在2020年3月1日至2020年9月30日在中国深圳的一家结核病专科医院中,前瞻性和连续性地纳入受试者,收集呼出气样本,储存在定制的袋子中,然后通过实时高压光子电离飞行时间质谱(HPPI-TOFMS)直接检测,其分辨率为>5000,并在几分钟内给出结果。提取了 HPPI-TOFMS检测到的<500 m/z的质谱峰,得到共31 666个质谱峰。从受试者中挑选病原学确诊的肺结核患者和健康对照,形成数据集。
