Abstract
  钛及钛合金具有优异的比强度和良好的生物相容性,通过激光选区熔融增材制造/3D 打印这种新型的材料加工手段被广泛应用于航天航空、模具制造、生物医疗等领域。传统3D 打印用钛粉多为气雾化法钛粉,价格昂贵。本文采用低成本、形状不规则的氢化脱氢钛粉(hydrogenated-dehydrogenated titanium powder),通过高能球磨和粉体包覆等手段对其进行改性,以得到低成本、高性能、近球形的3D 打印用钛粉。
