Abstract | Lead sulfide (PbS) quantum dots (QDs) have potential for next generation of photoelectrical material applied on photodetectors. A technique is demonstrated that enhances responsivity of photoelectric lead sulfide quantum dots by two step ligand exchange. The result we obtained has potential to optimize PbS QDs-based photodetectors. |
