Abstract
Motivated by Duan et al.(Comm. Pure Appl. Math. 74 (2021), no. 5, 932-1020.), we show that the mild solutions to the Vlasov–Poisson–Fokker–Planck system exists globally in time near a global Maxwellian provided that we take small-amplitude initial data in the function space LLL. As a product, we also get the exponential time decay of the solution.
