Abstract
为突破切削、磨削、抛光等传统机械加工工艺在新型难加工材料加工中遇到的效率、精度及刀具寿命方面的瓶颈,近年来超声振动、电/磁流变、激光、等离子体、电化学、固相化学反应等物理化学能场被引入其中,可提高加工精度、效率及刀具寿命.基于对多能场辅助机械加工基本概念的说明,介绍了各方法的基本加工原理和特性,并总结了研究现状和展望了未来趋势.
