Abstract
目的 研究生物反馈电刺激治疗联合盆底康复护理对妇科盆底功能障碍患者盆底肌力、漏尿及生活质量的影响.方法 选择124例盆底功能障碍患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各62例.对照组仅提供生物反馈电刺激治疗,观察组则在对照组基础联合开展盆底康复护理.比较两组患者盆底肌力、漏尿及生活质量.结果 干预前两组漏尿次数、漏尿量、盆底肌力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组漏尿次数、漏尿量评分比对照组均更低,而观察组盆底肌力评分比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组盆底障碍影响问卷7(PFIQ-7)、盆底障碍功能调查表(PFDI-20)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组PFIQ-7、PFDI-20评分比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 生物反馈电刺激治疗联合盆底康复护理服务更有利于妇科患者盆底肌力恢复,缓解漏尿症状,改善患者的生活质量,具有临床推广价值.
