Abstract	为了解高职院校教师心理资本状况及积极工作行为对教师工作绩效的影响作用机制,随机整群选取广东、江苏、天津5所高职院校的370名教师作为研究对象进行了问卷调查.结果表明:高职院校教师的心理资本水平整体较高,总平均分在4.0269,四个维度的平均分最高是乐观,最低是自我效能,坚韧性和希望分列二三位;心理资本与积极工作行为、工作绩效都存在显著的正相关;心理资本和积极工作行为均对工作绩效有显著预测能力.
