Abstract | Micro-LED display technology is an emerging display technology. Compared with liquid crystal display technology, silicon-based liquid crystal technology, and OLED technology, Micro-LED display with Micro-LED technology has the advantages of fast corresponding speed, autonomous light emission, high contrast ratio, and long service life. This paper firstly introduces the driving method of Micro-LED display technology, then introduces the method and design of the driving circuit using active addressable silicon-based CMOS to build a dedicated Micro-LED display, and finally gives the simulation results of the circuit, which can finally achieve the Micro-LED driver applicable to 1920×1080 resolution, 120Hz, 10000PPI. display driver for 1920×1080 resolution, 120Hz, 10000PPI. |
