| Abstract | 科技领军人才对我国建设成为世界重要人才中心和创新高地具有重要意义,设立未来技术学院是高等教育系统培养科技领军人才的重大战略部署.将三螺旋模型引入未来技术人才培养领域,尝试构建以"大学-产业-政府"为外三螺旋、以"知识-能力-素质"为内三螺旋的双三螺旋型未来技术人才培养体系.在对未来技术人才内外三螺旋各构成要素内涵进行深入分析的基础上,揭示出该体系具有多元性、一致性、独立性、联动性等关键特征,进而提出从遵循生态化教育理念、促进"学产政"有效衔接、以人才发展需求协同推进培养主体行动、建立考核激励机制等方面来构建双三螺旋型未来技术人才培养体系. |
