Abstract
由于分子链含有大量酰胺基团,尼龙6(PA6)材料具有很强吸水性,在存储、运输及使用过程中容易受到湿度等环境因素影响,导致其与玻璃纤维(GF)的界面强度产生衰减.为了研究GF/PA6复合材料在长期潮湿存储、服役环境下界面剪切强度衰减规律,采用熔融浸渍与机械研磨工艺制备了单向GF/PA6复合材料薄膜试样,并对其吸湿特性进行测试.基于纳米压痕技术进行纤维推出实验,成功获得了纤维推出过程的载荷-位移曲线,并定量分析了湿气对复合材料界面力学性能的影响.结果表明,湿气对复合材料界面剪切强度影响较大,与干态相比,稳态和湿态时界面剪切强度分别降低了约20%和60%.本研究为GF/PA6复合材料在长期潮湿储存及服役环境下强度预测、失效分析及材料的设计优化提供了关键力学性能数据支撑.
