| Abstract | 世界卫生组织(World Health Organization,WHO)于2010年发布了治疗药物敏感结核病(drug susceptible tuberculosis,DS-TB)的建议方案.这一方案广泛应用,但是在临床实际应用中发现部分患者因治疗时间较长未能完成6个月的治疗方案.基于两项Ⅲ期临床试验,WHO发布的2022年版指南首次增加了 2021年最近一轮指南制定小组给出的相关循证建议,即推荐疗程4个月的方案治疗DS-TB.本文中,笔者就最新发布的2022年版指南对DS-TB的治疗方案进行解读,并提出展望. |
