| Abstract | 多重耐药菌已成为威胁全球人类健康的一项重大公共卫生问题.提高对多重耐药菌感染的识别能力与治疗效果仍是当前临床上应对多重耐药菌的关键措施.根据不同的耐药机制探索新的替代疗法(如噬菌体)有望在未来成为应对多重耐药菌的突破性技术.该文对多重耐药菌的流行病学、耐药机制和治疗以及新的替代治疗方法进行综述,为临床识别和治疗多重耐药菌提供重要参考. |
