Abstract
  降低钙钛矿太阳能电池(PSCs)异质结界面(电子传输层(ETL)/钙钛矿、钙钛矿/空穴传输层(HTL))及晶界缺陷密度,精细调控钙钛矿和相邻界面之间的能级排列,有利于突破肖克利-奎伊瑟(Shockley-Queisser,SQ)极限,提升PSCs 的稳定性,助力高效稳定PSCs 的产业化进程。
