Abstract | 金属酞菁分子可修饰性强,合成、提纯简易,具有优良的半导体特性及光、热、化学稳定性,可以有效的作为钙钛矿太阳能电池非掺杂空穴传输材料及钙钛矿缺陷钝化材料。通过酞菁分子工程设计,引入合适的修饰基团及中心金属,可以有效提高酞菁材料溶解性,调控酞菁材料成膜分子排列构型,提高半导体特性,提供路易斯酸/碱活性位点,从而实现钙钛矿太阳能电池高性能空穴传输或高效缺陷钝化,实现钙钛矿光伏器件的效率与稳定性提升。 |
