Abstract | 近年来,高性能倒置钙钛矿太阳能电池(PSCs)受到广泛关注.然而,受限于钙钛矿前驱液和界面的不浸润,其重复再现性较低.这里,我们采用前驱液工程和界面工程来制备高效率PSCs.利用研磨的MAPbBr3 单晶和FAPbI3多晶粉末作为前驱体,制备了一系列(FAPbI3)x(MAPbBr3)1-x 钙钛矿薄膜. |
