Abstract | 本发明涉及一种基于量子点光栅增强的光电探测器及其制备方法和探测光的调整方法,所述基于量子点光栅增强的光电探测器包括依次连接的电极层、量子点层、量子点高折射率光栅结构层及低折射率光栅结构层;量子点高折射率光栅结构层的存在使得基于量子点光栅增强的光电探测器对长波长光的吸收率提高,且对长波长的光的探测响应度明显提升,且能通过结构参数的调整实现光波长、不同偏振态的区别探测。 |
