Abstract
本发明提供一种磁控自组装抗体显微检测装置及方法,所述方法包括步骤:保持磁分离废液出口和废液出口开启,向磁流体检测液入口通入磁流体检测液并充满预设流道;关闭废液出口,向检测样品入口通入待测样品,间歇式开启磁混合搅拌电磁铁并保持磁分离搅拌电磁铁一直开启;在经过预定时间后,关闭磁分离废液出口以及磁流体检测液入口,开启废液出口并关闭磁混合搅拌电磁铁和磁分离搅拌电磁铁;通过荧光显微镜观察检测凸台流道中的混合流体是否发荧光判断待测样品是否存在目标抗体。本发明提供的磁控自组装抗体显微检测方法提高了对于目标抗体检测的灵敏度、特异性和检测效率。
