本发明公开了一种静电吸附电极和静电吸附装置,该静电吸附电极包括第一基底层、第一导电层和绝缘层,第一导电层设于第一基底层上,第一导电层的厚度≤7μm;绝缘层设于第一导电层上背离第一基底层的一侧表面,绝缘层的厚度≤7μm。本发明静电吸附电极通过控制第一导电层和绝缘层的厚度,使得电极发生电击穿后具备自清理能力,使其被击穿后仍能正常工作,延长使用寿命。
