Abstract
本发明涉及一种复合聚醚醚酮材料及其制备方法与应用。该复合聚醚醚酮材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:制备聚醚醚酮二维编织物;将聚醚醚酮二维编织物浸渍于聚乳酸溶液中,去除溶剂,得到填充有聚乳酸的聚醚醚酮二维编织物;将填充有聚乳酸的聚醚醚酮二维编织物热压成型。该复合聚醚醚酮材料的制备方法工艺简单、易于加工,制得的复合聚醚醚酮材料中聚乳酸与聚醚醚酮形成机械互锁结构,具有明显的编织纹路,组分结合牢固,制得的复合聚醚醚酮材料兼具聚醚醚酮的高韧性、耐化学性及聚乳酸的生物相容性、可降解性,并且组分间相容性良好,尤其适用于制备医用植入物。
