Abstract

本发明提供一种连续可变波长损伤阈值测试装置,属于材料损伤检测技术领域,包括激光器,以及沿所述激光器的输出光路上依次设置的波长调谐机构和损伤监控机构,待测样品用于设置在所述波长调谐机构和所述损伤监控机构之间,所述激光器输出的激光经所述波长调谐机构改变波长后射向所述待测样品,所述损伤监控机构连接控制器,所述控制器接收所述损伤监控机构获取的所述待测样品的损伤形貌图像。能够在宽谱范围内可调谐的波长的条件下测试,能较准确地反映不同光学元件因材质或者镀膜的不同而受激光诱导的损伤程度。
