Other Abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of solar cells, and particularly relates to an n-conjugated ionic compound and application thereof, a perovskite thin film and a preparation method thereof, and a perovskite solar cell. Anions of the pi-conjugated ionic compound provided by the invention are enriched at a buried interface (an electron transport layer/perovskite interface), so that pi-conjugated cations penetrate through the whole perovskite thin film and the surface, and the cations and cations are spontaneously distributed in the film forming process of the perovskite thin film. When the additive is applied to a planar heterojunction perovskite solar cell, a high-quality perovskite thin film can be obtained, and meanwhile, the energy level matching degree of two adjacent interfaces of perovskite can be improved, the energy loss can be reduced, and the perovskite solar cell with high open-circuit voltage, high photoelectric conversion efficiency and good stability can be realized. |
