本发明公开了激光诱导石墨烯的制备方法、激光诱导石墨烯及应用,涉及石墨烯技术领域。激光诱导石墨烯的制备方法,以可高度水溶、可生物相容且可生物降解的壳聚糖盐酸盐为原料,通过激光诱导的方法制备激光诱导石墨烯,制备过程中不经过任何化学处理,工艺简便易行,适合于工业化应用。制备得到的激光诱导石墨烯可以进一步制备得到超级电容器和传感器等电子器件,在先进半导体器件制造和封装领域具有广阔的应用前景。
