Other Abstract

The invention discloses a photovoltaic paper-cut structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The photovoltaic paper-cut structure comprises a rotating bottom plate and a photovoltaic device arranged on the rotating bottom plate. Wherein the rotating bottom plate comprises a rotating part, a first micro-hinge part and a second micro-hinge part, the rotating part is used for bearing the photovoltaic device, the first micro-hinge part and the second micro-hinge part are connected with the side edge of the rotating part, and the first micro-hinge part and the second micro-hinge part are symmetrically distributed on the two sides of the rotating part; the first micro-hinge part and the second micro-hinge part are used for synchronously controlling the rotating part to rotate so as to change the orientation of the photovoltaic device; and the rotating part, the first micro-hinge part and the second micro-hinge part are integrally formed. According to the photovoltaic paper-cut structure disclosed by the invention, the photovoltaic device and the rotating bottom plate structure for light tracking are integrated, so that the structure of the photovoltaic paper-cut structure is simplified, the mounting and control steps are saved, and the manufacturing and maintenance cost is saved.
