本发明提供一种局域二维‑三维异质结钙钛矿薄膜,所述局域二维‑三维异质结钙钛矿薄膜包括三维钙钛矿薄膜和二维钙钛矿纳米片的组合;所述二维钙钛矿纳米片嵌入所述三维钙钛矿薄膜表面晶界处,且不完全覆盖所述三维钙钛矿薄膜;所述局域二维‑三维异质结钙钛矿薄膜能够有效减少钙钛矿材料本身的缺陷密度,抑制非辐射复合,同时提高准费米能级的分裂,将其应用于太阳能电池时,可以提升电池的工作效率以及在高湿度条件下的长期稳定性,具有重要研究价值。
