| Abstract | 目的 观察在剖宫产术后肠胀气患者护理中实施改良肛管排气法的应用效果.方法 2017年9月至2019年5月我院收治的94例剖宫产术后肠胀气患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各47例.对照组实施常规肛管排气法,观察组实施改良肛管排气法.比较两组的肠胀气、护理满意度及治疗效果.结果 观察组的首次排便时间、首次排气时间、肠胀气发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组护理满意度(93.62％)高于对照组(78.72％)(P＜0.05).观察组和对照组的治疗有效率分别为95.74％和82.98％(P＜0.05).结论 剖宫产术后肠胀气实施改良肛管排气法,能够改善肠胀气,提高治疗效果,增加护理满意度. |
