Abstract
数字孪生技术是近年发展起来的工业数字化技术,本文针对深海采矿系统介绍了动态数字孪生系统的构建过程.深海采矿系统结构复杂、操作难度大、环境极端、过程可视化困难.建立深海采矿动态数字孪生系统,对采矿过程进行全生命周期进行可视化监测与数据管理,实现交互控制.本文针对深海采矿系统物理实体建立了高精度、多尺度数字模型,实现了采矿系统物理空间与数字空间状态信息映射,通过物理空间状态信息驱动数字模型实时更新状态,对物理实体动态行为进行精准映射.对该系统的应用框架、关键技术、开发流程以及运行流程进行了说明,阐述了基于状态诊断的深海采矿动态数字孪生系统开发过程.本研究在深海采矿作业中具有重要意义.
