| Abstract | 目的 探讨基于行为改变模式(BCW)理论的健康教育对消化性溃疡患者遵医行为及自护能力的影响.方法 选取2021年1—12月医院消化内科收治的消化性溃疡患者100例为研究对象,按照组间基本资料均衡可比的原则分为观察组和对照组,每组50例.对照组行常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上行基于BCW理论的健康教育,比较两组患者干预前后遵医行为、自护能力、生活质量评分改善情况.结果 两组患者干预前遵医行为、自护能力、生活质量评分及各维度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).干预后,两组患者遵医行为、自护能力及生活质量评分及各维度评分均提高,组间比较观察组均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 基于BCW理论的健康教育可提高消化性溃疡患者遵医行为及自护能力,从而改善患者生活质量. |
