| Abstract | 目的 探究品管圈联合知信行健康教育对血液透析(以下简称血透)患者扣眼穿刺法感染的预防效果.方法 选择2021年1—9月于南方科技大学医院采用扣眼穿刺法进行血透的患者60例,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施品管圈联合知信行健康教育.比较两组感染情况、负性情绪及护理满意度.结果 观察组感染发生率(6.81％)低于对照组(10.69％),感染程度轻于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理前,两组负性情绪比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分均低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 品管圈联合知信行健康教育能够有效降低行扣眼穿刺法的血透患者感染发生率及感染程度,缓解负性情绪,进而获得更高的护理满意度. |
