| Abstract | 骨关节炎（OA）是一种以疼痛、活动受限及关节畸形为主要临床表现的慢性全关节疾病。目前OA的发病机制尚不明确，传统观点认为，OA是生物力学改变和机体衰老而导致的一种退行性病变，但越来越多的研究发现，免疫因素与OA的发生发展密切相关。固有免疫中的巨噬细胞、细胞因子、自然杀伤细胞和补体，以及适应性免疫中的T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞及其效应细胞等在OA的发生和发展中起重要作用。 |
